One in a series of many (I hope). Not meant to be taken seriously in the least, but I've read so many threads where people want to see Herbert and Dan do battle with Cthulhu since they go to Miskatonic like all the other Lovecraft characters and probably have access to the book. Am I the only one who thinks that might not be such a great idea? These two could barely handle a zombie cat for crissakes.

It reads: "That was very clever of you, Dan, using the Necronomicon to get rid of the failed experiments. Very good, I wouldn't have thought of that myself, but...can you do something about the squid? Now!"

This really made me chuckle. I especially love the Cthulhu correcting Herbert on his calling him a squid LOL. I could just see the completely indignant look he'd give it after that.
